Hazlenut Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
20g Bodacious Dark 35% Chocolate Mix
10g Luxe Brew Hazelnut Raw Sugar (Interchangeable with Vanilla and Caramel Sugar)
200ml textured milk
METHOD
1. Place the powder in a glass. Pour a shot of coffee over it, and mix until smooth paste has formed.
2. Fill the remainder of the cup up with textured milk.
3. Enjoy!

Caramel Milkshake
INGREDIENTS
10g Luxe Brew Caramel Raw Sugar (Interchangeable with Hazlenut and Vanilla Sugar)
2 Large scoops vanilla ice cream
300ml milk
METHOD
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until fully combined.
2. Pour the mix into a tall glass and put an extra scoop of ice cream on top.
3. Enjoy!
Vanilla Buttercream
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp Luxe Brew Vanilla Raw Sugar
250g softened butter
500g sifted icing sugar
METHOD
1. Combine powdered sugar and Vanilla sugar and whisk together.
2. In a bowl of a stand mixer beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar mixture 1/2 cup at a time, until fully incorporated. Add the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, scraping the sides of the bowl after each addition. Continue to beat the buttercream until light and fluffy.
3. Use on cakes, cupcakes or biscuits of your choosing.
Hazlenut Coffee
INGREDIENT
30ml Bodacious Pure Cafe Coffee
10g Luxe Brew Hazelnut Raw Sugar (Interchangeable with Vanilla and Caramel Sugar)
200ml textured milk
METHOD
1. Place the sugar in the glass, pour a shot of coffee over and mix until sugar is dissolved.
2. Fill the remainder of the cup up with textured milk and stir until combined. Add some ice.
3. Enjoy!
