Red Velvet Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS (FOR BASE)
- 1/2 Cup Macadamias
- 1/2 Cup Buckinis
- 1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut
- 5 Medjool Dates
- 1/2 tbsp Water
INGREDIENTS (FOR FILLING)
- 2 tsp Bodacious Turmeric Latte Blend
- 1 1/2 Cups cashews (soaked for 3-6 hours)
- 3/4 cup coconut yoghurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2-3 tbsp coconut nectar
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients for the base in a high-power blender and blend until smooth.
- Press into the base of a greased and lined square spring form cake tin and set aside while you make the turmeric filling.
- Combine all ingredients for the turmeric layer in a high-power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon on top of the base and place in freezer for 4-5 hours or overnight to set.
- Allow to thaw before serving and drizzle with melted chocolate (optional).
Turmeric Smoothie

TURMERIC PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 teaspoon Bodacious Turmeric Latte Blend
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 of one fresh pineapple
- 1/2 large cucumber
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- Ice
TROPICAL TURMERIC SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 teaspoon Bodacious Turmeric Latte Blend
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 fresh large orange (or 1 small orange)
- 1 1/4 cup frozen bananas
- 1 small piece ginger root
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
METHOD
- Combine ingredients in blender, and blend until fully combined.
- Enjoy as a smoothie or smoothie bowl!

Traditional Turmeric Latte

INGREDIENTS

20g Bodacious Turmeric Latte Blend
-
200ml textured milk
METHOD
- Place the powder in a glass. Pour 20ml of hot water over it and mix until smooth paste has formed.
- Fill the remainder of the cup up with textured milk.
OR Place 20g powder into a milk jug, add 200ml milk and froth well with steam wand.
