Mocha Cup Cakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 20g Bodacious Spiced Chai Blend
  • 200ml Whipping Cream

METHOD

  1. Add the cream and Bodacious Spiced Chai into a medium mixing bowl and whisk/beat until desired texture has formed.
  2. Use as topping/filling for cakes, topping for scones, biscuits, cupcakes etc.

Spiced Chai Sugar Cookies

INGREDIENTS (FOR COOKIES)

  • 1/2 cup Bodacious Spiced Chai Blend
  • 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

FOR ROLLING

Bodacious Spiced Chai Blend Powder (as much as needed)

METHOD

  1. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and Bodacious Chai blend. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg. Gradually blend in dry ingredients.
  3. Scoop the dough into about 3 cm balls.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the chai spice roll mix.
  5. Roll the dough balls in the chai spice and place on a lined baking tray.
  6. Slightly flatten the top of each cookie that has been dipped in sugar.
  7. Sprinkle the top of the cookies with extra chai spice right before baking.
  8. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, removing the cookies just before the edges get brown.
  9. ​Allow to cool, then enjoy!

Classic Spiced Chai

INGREDIENTS

  • 20g Bodacious Spiced Chai Blend
  • 200ml textured milk

(OPTIONAL)

30ml shot of Bodacious Pure Cafe Blend coffee to turn it into a Dirty Chai

METHOD

  1. Place the powder in a glass. Pour 20ml of hot water over it and mix until smooth paste has formed.
    Fill the remainder of the cup up with textured milk.
    Enjoy!
  2. OR Place 20g powder into a milk jug, add 200ml milk and froth well with steam wand.
  3. Tip: Add a shot of Bodacious Pure Cafe coffee to create the perfect hot Dirty Chai.

Iced Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • 30G Bodacious Spiced Chai Blend
  • 1 scoop of ice cream
  • 250ml milk
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until the consistency is to your satisfaction.
  3. Top with Chai Whipped Cream, if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
