Our Butterfly Chai Latte blend is beautifully blue and berry delicious. A true-blue delight that can be enjoyed as a hot latte, cold milkshake or icy frappe.

Butterfly Chai Ice Cream

Butterfly Chai Ice Cream


  • 1/3 cup Bodacious Butterfly Chai Blend

  • 2 cans of condensed milk approximately 400g each

  • 4 cups of chilled whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  1. In a large bowl, place the chilled whipping cream and vanilla and whisk until you get soft peaks. This will be easier with a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
  2. Add the condensed milk and mix until it has fully incorporated.  Add the Butterfly Chai mix. Place into a tray, smooth the surface and freeze for at least 8 hours until hardened.
  3. Once hardened, scoop ice cream into a bowl or ice cream cone.
  4. Garnish to your liking and enjoy!

Butterfly Chai Latte

Butterfly Chai Creamy Latte


  • 20g Bodacious Butterfly Chai Blend

  • 200ml textured milk​



  1. Place Butterfly Chai powder in a glass. Pour 20ml of hot water over it and mix until smooth paste has formed.
  2. Fill the remainder of the cup up with textured milk.
  3. Enjoy!

OR Place 20g powder into a milk jug, add 200ml milk and froth well with steam wand.

Iced Butterfly Chai

Butterfly Chai Ice Blend


  • 30G Bodacious Butterfly Chai Blend

  • 250ml milk

  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)



  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until the consistency is to your satisfaction.
  3. Enjoy!
